Travelin’ Show

This is the mysterious bird that is nesting on my back porch.

Had some goldfinches, one brave house finch and a bunch of common sparrows fighting over the feeder today.

Loves my suet feeder! He’s been gorging himself for quite awhile this afternoon while his mate sits in the burning bush keeping an eye out for predators. I often see wild turkeys as I drive down my road, but seem to never have my camera with me! This guy was part of a rather large flock most of which disappeared into the woods. Guess he was chosen to be the goat this time 😛
