Travelin’ Show

This little guy looks like he just got out of the nest. Isn’t he cute??  

Had some goldfinches, one brave house finch and a bunch of common sparrows fighting over the feeder today.

The cardinals seem to have extra bright plumage this year! They looked particularly scruffy this summer with the hot, dry weather, so guess the cooler, wetter weather we’re having this fall is helping them get rid of their parasites and grow some extra gorgeous feathers!  

This female Cardinal is showing off some gorgeous plumage this year! She’s all decked out in her fall pumpkin colored feathers and singing away.

Perky Carolina Wrens have a watchful eye out for predators and let the world know when they see one!
