    I am always happy to see a honey bee, what with them threatened the way they are. Hummers? They just make me smile too. Pugnacious little critters!

    Carol — thanks for stopping in. If you looked, I’m sure you saw bunches of photos of hummers. They are among my favorites to photograph; partly because of the difficulty, but mostly because they are such neat birds! They are usually pretty territorial about their feeding sites, so I was a bit surprised that this one tolerated the bee as much as it did.

    Daisy — thanks! I don’t want you trying to catch my hummers, now! They are off limits to you little princess!

    I love honey bees and humming birds too! I have some great video of my feeding humming birds in Costa Rica. If I ever get my travel blog up you can see them! 🙂
