Also known as a good luck plant probably because of it’s shamrock shaped leaves. It’s drought resistant and also weathers the cold pretty well. The fact that it has almost year round blooms doesn’t hurt either. It spreads easily, though so you want to keep it contained.

Pinks Macro Version
Posted May 2nd, 2009 by Sureshot | No CommentsI’ve been playing around with my macro setting. This photo of the pinks in the garden came out nicely. The veining in the petals shows up really well and the stamen and pisils are clearly defined.
Waiting for Spring
